Michigan's Best Barn Wedding Venue
YOU'VE GOT QUESTIONS. WE'VE GOT ANSWERS.

What sets Meadow Wood Acres apart from all the other wedding venues in Michigan?
-
The fact that you don't have to do everything Saturday, when you're supposed to be enjoying your wedding! Set up can be Friday and clean up can be Sunday. So many venues rush your set up and clean up and, believe us, your family and friends are t-i-r-e-d so those extra days are PRICELESS.
-
We have not only a property that looks like it is out of a storybook, but we put our heart and soul into planning your wedding with you - we can be as involved as you need to offer ideas, planning tips, timeline guidance, vendor coordination, and have the experience to help you think through everything that comes along with a wedding.

Is Meadow Wood Acres all inclusive?
-
Couples love that they can choose their own vendors but what makes us feel all-inclusive is the ease of planning that our support provides, including connections to vendors in a printed packet for you that past couples have LOVED. Searching on social media and the internet can be overwhelming but we take away the heavy lifting for you while also allowing you to choose all the food, beverages, decor, entertainment, and details that will make your event special to YOU. No banquet hall feels here.

What is required to secure my wedding date?
-
In order to reserve your wedding date we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is not owed until 60 days prior to your wedding.

When does the music have to end? When does all the decor/personal items have to be removed?
