Wedding Weekend Package Details

AMENITIES

Premier Mid-Michigan wedding venue with privacy and the ultimate wedding experience.

We are open May-October

Venue capacity: 150 guests

Indoor/outdoor space on 40 private acres for your whole wedding weekend - ceremony & reception and everything in between.

Choice of two outdoor Ceremony sites, each providing wooden arch and bench seating for 150 guests.

We have a rain/inclement weather plan we'd arrange if needed, no need to worry.

On site temperature controlled Bridal Suite

3000 square foot covered patio with outdoor lighting

Use of temperature-controlled barn dinner reception area with chandelier lights and attached pavilions for catering services and entertainment area.

Groomsmen loft to play putt-putt, darts, hang jackets, and get ready.​​​​​

Lawn area for games if you wish

Bonfire pit stocked with wood for evening fire upon request

Outdoor on-site temperature-controlled restroom trailer with music, flushable toilets and sinks that have running water. Restrooms will be stocked, clean and available for you and your guests.

Sensor controlled parking lot lighting.

Solar powered lantern light and string lights on the pavilion and restroom area will be turned on at dusk.

ACCESS

Access Friday for rehearsal and set up in the barn.

Access Saturday starting at 9AM (barn and bridal suite), 15-hour rental.

Music will end at 11pm
-
Farewell to guests 11 PM – midnight. All guests must leave by midnight.

Access Sunday morning to pick up belongings in barn and bridal suite, if needed

YOUR CHOICE OF VENDORS

Meadow Wood Acres has connections to over 70 wonderful vendors, most of which have been to our venue and couples loved.

When you book with our venue, you have access to the best vendors as well.

Convenience of using your own licensed/insured vendors for food, bartender/alcohol, DJ, officiant, photography, etc.

Event Liability Insurance is required and we can put you in touch with a great contact.

INCLUDED DECOR

Couples love that our venue is naturally beautifully, saving you on additional decor costs and time planning/setting up.

The ceremony sites are beautifully landscaped with hydrangeas, roses, and more.

The barn reception area includes chandeliers, vintage decor, lighting, draping, greenery - all of which stays and is included in your package. Minimal additional decor is needed.

Your wedding can be as black-tie sit down formal or laid back fun and light as you envision.

Farmhouse Tables for bridal party, guest seating, cake/desserts, and gifts are also included.

COORDINATION

Time of booking: Meadow Wood Acres will provide you a tour packet with helpful documents such as recommended vendors, table layout, suggested wedding timeline for your invitations, pictures of past weddings, key notes and reminders.

Between booking and your wedding: We are here to answer any and all questions via text, phone, or email!

30 days before your wedding: We check in with you 30 days before wedding and see how things are going!

Wedding week: Meadow Wood Acres staff will provide a packet for your to document all your vendors so we can reach out the week of your wedding and connect with them. We will inform them where to park, where outlets are, where a water source is, provide tables and extra supplies, as needed.

Day before your wedding: We are here to help you set up and rehearse and meet with any vendors that join during this time. Your wedding party is responsible for setting up but we are here to fill in the gaps.

During your wedding: Throughout your wedding, we will monitor your guests' needs, empty trash, stock the restrooms, monitor the temperature of the barn and make sure everyone is comfortable and has what they need so you and your family can enjoy the day.

Day after your wedding: We are available to help you clean up.
